Leaders and employees are valuable human resources in a company. Proper leadership accompanied by employee commitment is needed for the organization’s sustainability. This research seeks to ascertain influence of authentic organizational on citizenship behavior. Survey method with descriptive verificative was used obtain data using primary obtained from distribution questionnaires. Saturated Sampling sampling that used.. The samples involved were 97 respondents, namely at PT Aneka Produksi Nusajaya. results showed behavior positively significantly influenced , either partially or concurrently. In addition, variable have greater than commitment. findings expected be companies build through aspects
